Since we're at the Airforce Museum, we've hired the runway! Folks of all ages are welcome to bring their wheels and have a hoon on the airstrip. Free for all, helmets required, and there will be a bike valet provided by Spokes Canterbury for secure storage of your bike or other wheels while you check out the exhibits afterwards.

EVs have huge batteries, and most of them can power electric things - a coffee machine, a beer fridge, an electric barbecue... pretty handy for camping!
Less handy for camping, but rather more exciting, is powering a bouncy castle off your car. Come have a bounce!
Take a ride in an electric vehicle thanks to the Christchurch EV Group and Tesla. Experience the quiet, smooth performance of modern EVs firsthand and chat with knowledgeable owners and businesses about what it's really like to drive electric in New Zealand.
